Hi everyone,
I am sorry for sending you this message on Christmas Day, but unfortunately, I have had a lot of people messaging me on Christmas Eve and today asking for an update. While I am currently with my family, I’ll be honest—I haven’t been able to truly step away. I’ve been working around the clock, managing the stress of these logistics and personally responding to the constant messages coming in. I know many of you have very high expectations, and I didn't want to leave anyone without an answer, even on a holiday.
The Current Situation
I want to be completely transparent. The radios are finished, and the screen issues have been fully resolved. However, the packages have been held at Customs for two weeks now.
I actually expected them to clear last week, which would have kept us on track for delivery. I even built a lot of excessive "buffer" time into my schedule to avoid this exact situation, but unfortunately, with the massive holiday volume and seasonal office closures, the delay has exceeded even my most cautious planning. This is the one part of the process that is completely out of my hands.
As a one-man show, I am doing everything humanly possible, but I know how this looks. I know I’ve had previous delays, and I am terrified that it makes me look like I am lying to you or trying to cheat you out of your money. I promise you that is not the case. This entire process is still very new to me, and I am doing absolutely everything on my own. I have poured my heart into this project and worked night and day to make changes to accommodate everybody. I have done all the designing on my own and have done everything possible to make this product as unique to every OBS enthusiast as I could. The last thing I want to do is ruin my reputation or the trust you’ve placed in me. I also promise that I am doing everything in my power to finish this right.
A Little About Me & Our Partnership
I hope you guys understand that this is not coming from a big, faceless company. I do all of this while still working on and restoring OBS trucks and selling OBS parts. This is the only job I do—I live and breathe OBS trucks. I am not by any means rich, but I am rich in spirit. I am still trying to accommodate everybody as best as I always could. I am just somebody in a garage making all this happen for you guys, including myself.
I also want to apologize for the lack of constant updates at times. To be honest, I am not good at social media, taking pictures, or recording myself. If I were better at that side of things, I would have had more frequent updates for you guys. This is a steppingstone that I have to learn, and I’m still getting adjusted to it, so I appreciate your patience while I navigate that.
It amazes me how this OBS community has trusted me and let me continue forward with my projects. You are more than just customers to me; you are partners in this. You are the reason I was even able to start this, and because of that, I feel as if you are part of my little family now and always will be. I will be forever grateful for your support and will always stay accommodating to you and your future purchases. You guys are the reason that these products and this radio were even made. This isn't because of a big corporation or an endorsement deal; this is all true because of you guys, and I 100% appreciate that. If you ask around, a lot of guys will tell you that I am always there to help any fellow enthusiast out as best as I can.
The Timeline
While I am at the mercy of the shipping agents, I am working toward a specific goal:
 * Early January: I expect the backlog to move as soon as the holiday rush settles.
 * January 10th: This is my maximum date to have these delivered to your door.
I also want to be honest regarding the extras. I previously promised shirts and custom gifts for many of you. However, getting these radios into your hands is my absolute #1 priority. To ensure the radios are delivered as fast as possible, I will be shipping the radios first. The shirts and custom gifts will follow afterward, but for now, every ounce of my energy is focused on the radio delivery.
A Note on the Journey
I know some of you have been waiting for a couple of weeks, and some for a couple of months. I sincerely apologize for the wait. However, I want to take a moment to give a special, heartfelt thank you to my original 50 Kickstarter backers. You have been on this journey with me since the beginning of the year.

If this final delay is a dealbreaker, I will honor refund requests, but I truly hope you’ll stick with me for these last few days. I’m asking for your continued patience as you help me navigate these final developments. We are so close, and I can't wait for you for you to finally see that the uniqueness of this radio was worth the wait.
