xRETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
1. THE 7-DAY INSPECTION RULE You have 7 days from the delivery date to inspect your item and test the software.
Defects Only: We ONLY accept returns or exchanges if the product is proven defective.
Final Sale: ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," "financial hardship," or "buyer's remorse."
2. RESTOCKING FEE (30%)
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: There is NO RESTOCKING FEE if your item is defective, damaged, or not working as described. We will replace it or refund it for free.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: In the rare event that a refund is authorized for a non-defective item (at our sole discretion), a 30% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. WHAT QUALIFIES AS A DEFECT? (No Fee) Valid reasons for a free return or exchange include:
Software Failure: The unit is freezing, crashing, or running abnormally slow.
Dead on Arrival: Unit will not power on or has no sound.
Physical Damage: Screen is cracked or parts are broken during shipping (must be reported immediately).
4. WARRANTY COVERAGE
0-7 Days: If a defect is found within 7 days, we will replace the unit or offer a full refund/exchange.
After 7 Days: The item falls under our Standard 6-Month Warranty. We will repair or replace the unit, but no refunds will be issued after the first week.
5. INCORRECT ORDERS Please verify your fitment (Year/Make/Model) before ordering.
If you order the incorrect part, you may exchange it for Store Credit.
If a cash refund is requested instead of credit, the 30% Restocking Fee will apply.
