This is a MAIL-IN SERVICE. You send us your original factory seat belt assemblies, and we rebuild them to function like new using OEM-style materials.

  • What is "Webbing"?
    Simple Definition: Webbing is simply the actual fabric strap that goes across your chest and lap.

    Over time, this strap gets sun-faded, ripped, frayed by dogs, or stained. We replace this old fabric with brand-new, high-strength safety material while keeping your original buckles and metal hardware.

Service Features:

  • Complete Re-Webbing: We remove the old, tired strap and professionally stitch in brand-new, FMVSS-compliant safety webbing.

  • Mechanism Repair: We don't just change the fabric. We inspect and repair the retractor (the spool that winds the belt) and the tensioner to ensure it locks and retracts correctly, just like it did in the 90s.

  • OEM Color Matching: We stock period-correct colors to match your OBS interior, including Garnet Red, Royal Blue, Grey, Tan, and Black.

  • Factory Hardware Retention: We reuse your original metal bolt-in brackets and plastic trim covers so they bolt back into your cab perfectly. No "universal fit" headaches.

How It Works (The Process):

  1. Purchase this Service: Select your color and quantity (Driver, Passenger, or Both) and complete your order.

  2. Ship Your Belts: We will email you a shipping label (or shipping instructions). Remove your old seat belt assemblies from the truck and mail them to us.

  3. We Repair: Our technicians strip the assembly, clean the mechanism, install new springs if needed, and sew in the fresh webbing.

  4. We Ship Back: You receive your original belts back, looking brand new and ready to bolt straight into your factory mounting points.

Safety Note: Your safety is our priority. We use industrial-grade automated stitching machines and automotive-grade webbing that meets or exceeds Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY 1. THE 7-DAY INSPECTION RULE You have 7 days from the delivery date to inspect your item and test the software. Defects Only: We ONLY accept returns or exchanges if the product is proven defective. Final Sale: ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," "financial hardship," or "buyer's remorse." 2. RESTOCKING FEE (30%) DEFECTIVE ITEMS: There is NO RESTOCKING FEE if your item is defective, damaged, or not working as described. We will replace it or refund it for free. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: In the rare event that a refund is authorized for a non-defective item (at our sole discretion), a 30% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 3. WHAT QUALIFIES AS A DEFECT? (No Fee) Valid reasons for a free return or exchange include: Software Failure: The unit is freezing, crashing, or running abnormally slow. Dead on Arrival: Unit will not power on or has no sound. Physical Damage: Screen is cracked or parts are broken during shipping (must be reported immediately). 4. WARRANTY COVERAGE 0-7 Days: If a defect is found within 7 days, we will replace the unit or offer a full refund/exchange. After 7 Days: The item falls under our Standard 6-Month Warranty. We will repair or replace the unit, but no refunds will be issued after the first week. 5. INCORRECT ORDERS Please verify your fitment (Year/Make/Model) before ordering. If you order the incorrect part, you may exchange it for Store Credit. If a cash refund is requested instead of credit, the 30% Restocking Fee will apply.
